SMS Service for Barangay Health Center Locator

Since most handsets of poor Filipinos are not capable of housing/downloading apps, we thought of an SMS service wherein when texted with a location can reply where the nearest health center to the subscriber is. Just text location (ie. Philam Village, Las Pinas) to an access code then a reply will be sent (Barangay Pamplona Dos, Las Pinas) to the subscriber. Here, the local government can be accessible via the SMS service. The contact details of the health center can also be contained in the SMS sent to the subscriber who inquired.
